What's with the Heron?

If you haven't guessed by now, I'm the Heron in PrinceHeron. For those of you who thought that PrinceHeron was because I had a swelled head, Fiona is the Prince in PrinceHeron.

Fiona and I started PrinceHeron Enterprises Ltd. in 2005 after she completed her Masters in Applied Communications at Royal Roads University.

I retired in 2006 but I still like to keep my brain engaged and enjoy consulting on large IM/IT projects and installations.

Fiona and I work together to run our business. She provides the communications expertise and I provide the technical...although, she's pretty good at a lot of it too.

I also help her translate geek-speak into business language. This gives our customers an advantage that's hard to find -- a bridge between the business and the technical people in organizations.
